Join us for this truly special retreat offering and opportunity to study Astrology with a professional astrologer whilst immersed in the mystical and magical landscape and sacred sites of Glastonbury, UK.

Glastonbury or "Avalon" is rich with history, folklore, mystery, and intrigue and has been attracting seekers for over a millennia, and is also known as the Heart Chakra of the world. Whether you are an aspiring astrologer or a complete beginner, we would love to welcome you to this empowering astrology retreat and pilgrimage happening during the Summer and Samhain in the English countryside!

Our 2026 retreats are now 6 days, as we’ve included a brand new day trip to Stonehenge and Avebury stone circles! You'll also get to experience daily walks to the Tor following the ancient Michael and Magdalene ley lines that intersect through this land as well as visit other sacred sites around Glastonbury such as The Abbey, Chalice Wells Gardens, and The White Spring, all whilst learning how to use Astrology as as tool for personal - and collective - evolution.

Hosted by Temple of Cosmic Astrology School founder Katie Emma, an incredible astrology program has been curated by her to work alongside these sacred sites and land and to offer you space to connect with yourself in a deeper and more aligned way through your natal chart. ASTROLOGY PROGRAM

These modules offer you practical tools and insights into interpreting your natal chart as well as working elementally with the land of Avalon and Glastonbury. This retreat program is truly unique and blends astrology with myth, magic, and legends to provide a one-of-a-kind retreat experience.

ASTROLOGY TRANSITS

During these pilgrimages there are some powerful astrological transits taking place, and we'll be sharing additional teachings and activities to celebrate these powerful collective alignments.

THE DAILY PROGRAM

Our days start slowly, with a buffet breakfast, tea and coffee before we begin our morning astrology workshop on-site. For early-risers, there is plenty of time to walk up the Tor or around the countryside for meditation, reflection and grounding in nature if you wish. We don’t schedule this daily as a group - but often guests on past retreats have decided to meet on some of the mornings to share a sunrise walk together.

After the morning astrology workshop, from midday to mid-afternoon you’ll have free-time to pop into a local cafe or bakery for lunch as well as explore all that the High Street of Glastonbury has to offer - there are many wonderful shops, quaint bookstores and more to visit and enjoy. You can also take this time to book an optional massage with our on-site therapist.

We will gather again mid-afternoon for our second astrology workshop - which may occasionally be off-site from the retreat centre. Evenings activities vary for each night with some of the workshops being mediation/relaxation sessions, a full moon ceremony, stargazing on the Tor and a private sound healing event in a 14th century chapel. Onsite dinners are included on our welcome and farewell evenings only.

On retreat day 4 we will have a group excursion to Stonehenge and Avebury, which is a brand new addition to the 2026 Avalon retreats and we're thrilled to be able to incorporate these sacred sites into your retreat experience.

ACCOMMODATION

Apple Fairy BnB is no ordinary retreat venue, it’s pure Glastonbury magic! Every corner of this property is brimming with character, from mermaids on the walls to beds framed in real tree branches. It’s charming, a little bit rustic and wonderfully kitsch in the best possible way - the kind of place where you half expect a fairy to pour your tea - and is full of cosy storybook wonder rather than sleek minimalism. You’ll feel right at home here while being transported into another realm entirely.

  Room rates for the Samhain Retreat will increase by £200 from 1st June 2026.
  All rooms in this centre have access to free wifi, with bath towels included. Please note that 3 lovely kitties live onsite :)

During the retreat, you’ll enjoy a daily english breakfast buffet prepared onsite by BnB owner Janet, along with 2 group dinners prepared by our chef Josh + afternoon tea/snacks daily. Lunches and three other dinners are not provided - and we recommend checking out the many wonderful local cafes, restaurants, and bakeries in Glastonbury.
