Join us for a 5-day retreat experience right in the heart of Porto, Portugal to celebrate Beltane and the Scorpio Full Moon. This is an urban immersion for women who want to reconnect with themselves and honour the changing seasons through somatic practice, astrology, breathwork, journaling, and shared ritual - but also enjoy the vibrancy of city life and the old-world charm of Portugal.

With plenty of free time to explore Porto, optional 1:1 sessions and thoughtfully created workshops, this retreat offers a spacious, grounded container to both soften inward and expand outward as we mark the beginning of Summer and the celebration of life and growth in nature, and within ourselves.

Porto’s enchanting alleyways, beautiful vistas, and ornate tile work will inspire your curiosity and a sense of joy as the city emerges once again with the excitement of the warmer months to come. Together, we'll soak up the Beltane energy to dive deep into practices and tools that will help us move through this reemergence period with greater clarity.

ACCOMMODATION

Welcome to The Duke: a four-story authentic Portuguese riverside home at the foot of the iconic Dom Luís Bridge, where Porto’s most legendary views meet a home steeped in story. Designed with care and custom craftsmanship, every corner of this space carries echoes of the past, reimagined for soulful gatherings of the present.

Located in the heart of the Ribeira district, one of the oldest and most atmospheric parts of Porto. You'll be staying just steps from the Ponte Luís I bridge, with easy access to local cafés, markets, street musicians and walking paths along the river. It’s an ideal base to explore the city’s blend of old-world character and creative energy.

The Duke spans 4 floors and can accommodate 6 women in four private queen rooms and one twin share room, with each floor including a spacious living room with river views across the Douro and Gaia. There are only two bedrooms on each floor, meaning you will only share a bathroom with one other guest.

THE PROGRAM

Our Beltane Retreat in Porto is a gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself during one of the most potent seasonal portals of the year. Through astrology workshops, somatic practices, breathwork, journaling, and intentional rest, you’ll be guided to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with natural flow and rhythm. Grounded in the energy of Beltane and the Scorpio Full Moon, this retreat supports you in embracing both reflection and renewal. Porto’s old-world charm and riverside magic during the springtime creates the perfect backdrop for this inward journey, offering you space to ground, soften, and come home to yourself, all the while staying connected to the vibrancy of city life.

Our days in Porto begin with a gentle somatic or breathwork session with Lauren, followed by a nourishing brunch served in our riverfront retreat dining room on the 4th floor, with organic ingredients sourced from local markets in São Bento. The daily schedule varies, but post-brunch may include a walking tour, journaling circle, or an astrology or seasonal workshop, followed by spacious free time until late afternoon. You’re invited to spend this time however you wish - wandering the streets of Ribeira or the historic centre, relaxing by the river, or enjoying a solo café moment with a glass of vinho verde or a pastel de nata.

In the late afternoon, we’ll gather again for workshops, ritual circles or a group excursion, such as a Douro River cruise. Only the welcome dinner is included, leaving most evenings open for you to explore Porto’s vibrant food scene or rest as you feel called. This retreat is designed to be spacious, intentional, and deeply restorative. A detailed daily itinerary will be shared with guests upon booking.

You are also welcome to book an option 1:1 astrology reading with Katie or an embodiment session with Lauren during the afternoon hours.

To secure your place on this magical Beltane Urban Retreat, we kindly ask you to complete the booking form and make a €250 (euro) deposit which is deducted from your total balance - instructions to make this deposit payment are given on the booking form, as well as our cancellation policies. This initial investment ensures that you reserve the room of your choice.

The remainder of your balance can be settled in a way that best suits your personal circumstances - whether it be paying in full or opting for a convenient payment plan. Just indicate your preference on the form, and once your deposit has been received, our team will be glad to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Payment plans are available, with payments due on February 1 and April 1, 2026.

FOOD

We’ll be providing a nourishing welcome dinner on the first night and daily brunches throughout the retreat, all prepared with seasonal, local ingredients. Daily afternoon tea snacks are included, but evenings are left open for guests to explore Porto’s vibrant food scene at their own pace. On the last night of the retreat, both guests and facilitators will enjoy a group meal off-site together (not-included) a delicious, local tapas spot for our farewell meal.
